Larkin’s appearance is
part of the Center’s on-going acoustic series. Larkin
combines folk, traditional, and contemporary music with
sounds we hear everyday, including the use of technology
as part of her artistic expression. She has won 11
Boston Music Awards, has produced 11 albums, and two
live records. She is part of the emerging multi-genre
field of international women guitarists who produce,
write, sing, and engineer their own albums. Special
guest
Merrie Amsterburg will
also perform with Patty Larkin.
