Youth Classes

Pottery – Hand Building                                  Ages 5-8

Getting dirty has never been this fun! Sculpt and glaze your own functional hand built items including bowls, masks, animals and other fun projects! All materials provided.

Digital Photography                                     Ages 12-15

Designed as both an indoor and outdoor class, students will be guided through walking outdoor instruction in composition, lighting, and camera techniques. Each class session will culminate in a review of the work and a lesson in the editing process inside the classroom. This class is geared for beginners and intermediates. Students will receive assistance in printing their work at the last class session. DSLR camera required. Equipment not provided.

Workshop

CLAY PLAY! -- Cost $50 (each additional child is $10)
For an adult and a child  (ages 4+ )
Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Connect with clay and your child in a fun, creative atmosphere! Robert Ostman, ceramist and Elementary Art Teacher, will facilitate this special workshop as you both fire up your imagination, and work together on a guided clay project. No experience required. All supplies and clay tools will be provided.

A 50% deposit is required to reserve your spot in the course. Due to instructor and administrative costs, no refunds will be given on withdrawals occurring less than 5 business days before the class meeting.
